Vendors are welcome whose services, products, or expertise support any aspect of emergency preparedness, including emergency response and safety equipment; medical, health, and wellness services; disaster relief organizations; communications and technology solutions; home readiness, food prep and storage, survival gear; and community support agencies and nonprofits.

There is no cost to participate. Each vendor will receive booth space, table access, and promotional visibility throughout the event. Interactive displays and hands-on demonstrations are strongly encouraged.

This year’s fair will be co-directed by Phillip Mason (479-644-3240) and Jason Hammontree (479-381-8847). The organizers welcome recommendations for other organizations, agencies, or businesses that should be invited to participate. They are also accepting cash or in-kind donations to support the 2026 fair, including educational materials, transportation, parking, family resources, and community outreach.
